Our story
Smart Sales Spaces is a technology and sales experience partner for premium real estate developers.
We were built inside the property market, not next to it. More than two decades inside Mexican real estate, across architecture, commercial strategy, sales floors and developer rooms, made one pattern impossible to ignore. Extraordinary developments were being sold with ordinary tools. Static PDFs. Printed brochures. WhatsApp threads doing the work of a CRM. Showroom floors that looked nothing like the value of the units inside them. Premium product. Ordinary sales experience.
The other half of the company is an obsession with technology and what it can do next. Interactive surfaces, 3D, real time data and well designed software, used to make any high stakes buying experience clearer, more immersive and more human. Team
The founders
An architect with over twenty-five years in Mexican real estate. Claudia founded Vive Vertical in San Pedro Garza Garcia and has run sales end to end on residential and commercial developments, from product definition, market analysis and pricing through investor negotiation, closing and post-sale. She has built and led commercial teams for developers and high-net-worth clients, and knows exactly where deals stall on a showroom floor. The real estate half of Smart Sales Spaces.
Twenty years building software for real users, from Mexico City to London. Carolina started out writing code, and has since led engineering and product across fintech, SaaS and mobile, scaled platforms used by millions and shipped through every kind of deadline. Still hands-on with the architecture and the build, and as interested in what to invent next as in what to ship this quarter. She knows the difference between software that demos well and software that actually closes deals. The technical half of Smart Sales Spaces.
